Come to learn authentic Tai Chi from Master Jesse Tsao, This class is suitable for people of any fitness level. Master Tsao, the 12th generation Chen tai chi in-door lineage holder, will teach the original Chen style Tai Chi, the oldest style practiced today and is widely acknowledged to be the ancestor of all other styles. This is an ongoing intermediate class for anybody with any tai chi experience before.<p>

 In a separated sub-group, this class is also combined with Tai Chi Push Hands, a two-person Tai Chi exercise. It is a practice to understand another's force in order to handle his pressure and adhere to him at his retreat. Push hands provides a unique form of extended human physical contact. It teaches you how to touch and be touched in a way that is neither sexual nor violent.  Our teaching goal is core strngth and sensitivity.

This class is suitable for people of any fitness level. New program is just forming. Master Tsao, the 12th generation Chen tai chi in-door lineage holder, will teach the original Chen style Tai Chi, the oldest style practiced today and is widely acknowledged to be the ancestor of all other styles. In addition teaching this classic routine, he will teach individual posture as Qigong for self-healing. This is an ongoing class for beginners, combined with a small group of advanced students.

This class teaches all levels of skill in Push Hands, a two-person Tai Chi exercise. It is a practice to understand another's force in order to handle his pressure and adhere to him at his retreat. Push hands provides a unique form of extended human physical contact. It teaches you how to touch and be touched in a way that is neither sexual nor violent. This class will teach you not only how to react to physical, but also mental "pushes" in our daily lives. This class will train you the real competitive push hands skills, as well as classic push hands pattern. It trains you both the sensitivity and whole body strength. You will be leaner, you'll add tone to your body, and most important, your muscles and bones will be stronger. This is an on-going class, with part of the participants reviewing the Chen Tai Chi Xin-jia (new frame).

Traditional Wu style Tai Chi emphasizes parallel footwork and horse-riding stance, with medium-size frame and flat circle hand techniques. This is a ongoing class, and beginners are welcome because we formed a small beginner's group in this class. We teach the applications in both general well-being healthways and self-defense aspects at your preference. This is the traditional northern Wu style. You can see the clear shuai-jiao (grappling) tradition from its founder Wu Quanyou (1834-1902), who was an Imperial Guard officer of Manchu ancestry in Beijing's Forbidden City. Self-defense applications focus on sensitivity and reactions, grappling, throws, tumbling, pressure point leverage, and joint locks.

Traditional Yang style Tai Chi is the most popular and widely practiced style in the world today. This style has slow, steady, expansive, and soft movements suitable for general practitioners. It is easy to learn! This is an on-going class, and beginners are welcome because we have also formed a small beginner's sub-group, and Yang Tai Chi Sword sub-group, as well as Tai Chi Fan. We teach the aspects of self-healing and self-defense applications, from beginner level's simple movement to advanced skills in hidden strikes.

This class is suitable for everyone! No prerequisites.  Tai Chi Basic Form 8; Mini Compact Tai Chi.  Teaching is from self-healing aspect. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese energy practice that works on the body's vital energy by gathering and cultivating universal energy from nature. Using the mind-body connection and easy to follow body moves, impurities break away from the inner organs and stress is released from the body.  Part of the participants will review on Chen Tai Chi Form 56, Tai Chi Bang/baton.
