Compact Tai Chi for Wimps
Compact Tai Chi for Wimps is a routine condensed to take a small amount of space and also combines multiple styles of Tai Chi.  It is largely based on the popular Yang style and also includes some essential postures from the Chen and Sun styles.  It is for beginners who have the desire to practice Tai Chi but lack the strength and flexibility to practice a harder style.  This DVD video teaches posture-by-posture with front and back view reviews.  (Difficulty: Beginner Level)
