I have been teaching the Tai chi Bang in my classes since gaining your live evaluation Specialist Instructor certification in Barcelona in December and have had very good feedback from my students. They all enjoy having the Bang to hold on to while they concentrate on learning the correct movements, footwork and weight changes. Also many of them have said that it has helped them with shoulder problems and have increased their hand, arm and shoulder mobility/flexibility. We used this form in the Community Centre for our end of course exhibition and it sparked interest in the audience with some people asking me about enrolling for the next course. Zoe H.
