Outdoor Tai Chi and Qigong Class for Rejuvenation (Del Mar/Carmel Valley)
This class is suitable for everyone! No prerequisites. Teaching is based on the body's innate ability to heal itself. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese energy practice that works on the body's vital energy by gathering and cultivating universal energy from nature. Using the mind-body connection and easy to follow body moves, impurities break away from the inner organs and stress is released from the body.

Group Class Fees
Consecutive 10-week semester: $120 for a consecutive 10-week semester, one class per week. You can start on any week. The 10-week period must be consecutive, not 10 classes whenever you please. You can make up a missed class in another class scheduled within the same 10-week term.
Prepaid Any class at any time: $160 for 10 classes pass for your choice of any class at any time.
Monthly plan: $60 per month, one class per week.
Class by class: $20 per class.
