Integrating tai chi’s internal disciplines into forms is the essential path for fully grasping tai chi’s health benefits and martial arts applications.  Dr. Jesse Tsao will continue to share his Nei-gong internal energy cultivation method with you.  It applies to all tai chi styles and will help you become a better practitioner in the wonders of tai chi.  Welcome all levels of practioners, beginner to advanced, you will be well taken cared.  This year's major training topics will be: - Discover the Enrgy Points That Power Your Tai Chi and Qigong Practice; - Tai chi Neigong/internal Energy Application to forms (long or short - styles of your choice, Chen, Yang, Wu, Sun),  Self-healing and Push Hands; - Tai Chi Qigong Cane Stretch and Self-healing Massage (This is an new routine Dr. Jesse Tsao's research project of the last two years.  Bring a wooden walking cane with hook with you.  Be the first one to master this routine)

See what those attended have said:

Your teaching of the Chen group was top! You gave us a lot to ponder and chew on, and inspired our practice to dig deeper into the 5 points of internal energy cultivation. Being in a whole day setting as opposed to the regular classes of an hour, provides more time to grasp details and understand each points. It also gives an extended practice of moves and concepts with the highly motivated attendees.  Your teaching gave us the perfect anchor for our working and digging deeper in our understanding of taiji. Your energy inspired us to go above and beyond, your kindness modeled the ambiance of the whole week. The Cane Massage worked fabulously as a warm up and as a way to care for sore muscles like my calves and back after the strenuous practice. My favorite is now the Deer!!! It was also important to see how well it works on chairs... - Isabelle M.
this years camp had a big impact on me.  i think my tai chi improved quite a lot over the week.  i feel i have grown internally, tai chi wise and as a person in general... Jill F.
Firstly, I would like to thank you so much for accepting me into your beautiful Tai Chi community and for being such a thoughtful and inspirational teacher.  I entered the camp a bit skeptical about the camp process, but left loving Tai Chi and all that goes along with it even more.... Robin F.
“The things you demonstrated and taught me in your summer camp has been most beneficial to both me and my students. They enjoy my new approach of teaching…”

“It was fantastic! I learned so much more than I expected..”

“I'm learning from the best source. I've learned more from this week than from all the 5 years since I started my practice…”

“This workshop let me see for the first time truly what Tai Chi is really about...”

0june2015Spainspain2Qigong & Tai Chi with Dr. Jesse Tsao in Barcelona, Spain

May 30-31, 2015  Saturday & Sunday, Barcelona, Spain:

Saturday May 30th:Qigong Essentials: Traditional Five Animal Frolics - an ancient Chinese Qigong practice. Hua-tuo, the most famous Chinese doctor in ancient China, designed Five Animals Frolic based on Chuang-tzu's Taoist practice and traditional Chinese medical philosophy. He observed animals in nature and mimicked their daily activities to create movements for people cultivating life energy. In Dr. Tsao's teaching, each animal form has a special effect on a human being's inner organ health: tiger form for liver energy flow; deer form for kidney; bear form for spleen and stomach; ape form for the heart; bird form for lungs. Five Animal Frolics can fully stimulate and awaken qi, the vital energy inside of our body, contained within the meridian channels and cavities. Through the stimulation and accumulation of qi, a person can clear out stress and sickness and may not only acquire a new sense of physical and mental energy, but create the conditions for longevity as well.

Sunday, May 31st: Tai Chi Bang-8-Immortal Flute.  It gives you an object to focus on, making it easy and fun to gain the benefits of Tai Chi practice. This well-kept Tai Chi secret develops many aspects: Section 1 develops concentration and balance, Section 2 works on joint flexibility and arm strength, and an optional, bonus Section 3 trains self-defense skill. The routine is based on characteristic Tai Chi postures with the traditional “eight-immortal flute's" martial functions.

The records also provide employers with information on training pertinent to particular occupations. Not all CEUs are created equal. The term CEU is in the public domain. Any organization may award a traditional CEU without requiring accreditation. That’s why it is important to look for Tai Chi Healthways CEUs so that an individual can assure employers, credentialing associations, licensing bodies and others that he has completed a quality program.
